What a fabulous resort, and a beautiful beach. We hope to go back at Easter to buy a villa so that we and the family can enjoy wonderful holidays in an affordable place. They claim that it is peaceful and calm and it certainly is, and lots of greenery everywhere. Our children will be very excited about our new venture.

The beach front villas, the bay and development are protected by natural reefs, making this one of the most highly regarded beach areas in Natal Brazil.

These beach houses will be either 111 sq metres or 180 sq metres in size. Each property comes on a plot of 460 sq metres, and each individual garden will be automatically irrigated with a sprinkler system. There will be pre-installation for modern air conditioning, although the airy design and the south-east orientation of these houses that takes advantage of sea breezes means air conditioning is not essential. Kitchens will be fully fitted with modern appliances. Some properties will enjoy sea and beach views from their upper floors.
